What is a credit score?
"Credit Scoring" is a system creditors use to help determine whether to give you credit, and how much to charge you for it. When you apply for credit, the creditor or lender will often request your report (or credit score) from one of the big three bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Trans-Union). In some instances, however (such as when applying for a mortgage), the broker or lender will pull reports from all three. These Bureaus grade your "credit worthiness" by calculating your credit history against a system called the Fair Isaac Model.
There are 5 major factors that make up your credit score. See below for the "weight" they carry:
Payment History (35%)
Amounts Owed (30%)
Length of Credit History (15%)
New Credit (10%)
Types of Credit Used (10%)

Is credit repair legal?
Yes, Absolutely! The credit bureaus would like you to think that it's not.
Don't believe them! There is absolutely nothing illegal about disputing items on your credit report. In fact, The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act encourages consumers to exercise these rights! Credit report repair is as legal as pleading "not guilty" in a court of law. Based on a study by a Public Interest Group, 79% of all credit reports contain errors, these errors are costing consumers millions of dollars in interest a year! You have the right to challenge inaccurate, out-dated, and unverifiable information that is reported on your credit report. You also have the right to hire a professional to assist
you.

Why do the Consumer Reporting Agencies Dislike Credit Repair?
Because they do NOT make enough money! People with "bad credit" have more
inquiries on their credit reports than someone with good credit. The CRA's love people with "bad credit" because that's where they make most of their money. The more you pull your credit, the more money the CRA's make! The CRA's want you to have bad credit and they want you to dispute it yourself. Why? Because they know that you're NOT familiar with the laws that promotes accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information on your credit reports. Thankfully, Real Easy Credit, LLC is thoroughly familiar with these laws! The staff at Real Easy Credit, LLC work to enforce these laws and help consumers with "bad credit" work to get "good credit"; CRA's don't like that, because they lose money once your credit is cleaned up! Instead of pulling your credit multiple times to get one loan, now you will pull it only once and get approved. You can attempt to repair you credit yourself or you may hire us to help you. It's up to you.

You must be told if information in your file has been used against you.
